+`jweb` creates a a new jekyll instance wihtout needing to type the whole `bundle exec jekyll serve` command.

+`njweb` creates a tmux environment, `cd`s to a directory, and starts jweb there.
+Useful if you just wnat to boot up and start your jekyll site instantly instead of finding where it is, creating a tmux session and then running jweb from inside it.
